Using Campaign Marketing to Highlight Brand Values on Social Media
The Challenges
At AYE Finance, Employee wellness is on institutionalized value and they firmly believe that their happiness levels should be prioritized because happy employees are crucial for creating strong companies.
The challenge was to move the conversation out from behind-the-scenes to take centre stage through our Linkedin. Also, the organization wanted to connect with them beyond the formal walls of the office.
The Approach
When we gon boardard with the project, on aggressive marketing and promotion strategy was designed focussing Facebook and Linkedin as a major marketichannelels for disseminating the information and connecting with the employees. A complete campaign was devised a mix of optimized content was created to tackle the challenge.
The Solution
Campaign Launch – We devised #KaamSeCalmTak – a digital-only campaign to promote holistic wellness amongst employees, The campaign was scheduled to run for a 5-week period and covered different aspects and elements of a balanced life.
Structure and Highlights – The content strategy for this campaign was in tandem with the different objectives of the organization. The first and foremost objective was to emphasize the importance of personal time and how to effectively use it for personal health and happiness
With this campaign they wanted to provide a common platform for all employees from their branch offices across the country to connect and engage. The goal was also to highlight inspiring employee stories of their high performing employees and showcase their skills with living a balanced lifeDriving Employee Engagement – With numerous stories to share, the campaign saw a surge in the number of employees talking and engaging on social media platforms. As a company, they learned a lot more about our employees, their personal interest, their varied personalities, and what matters most to them when they come to work every day.
